Feedback is hugely important to us and we would welcome you seeing our owner reviews on either Google or Facebook. This feedback is vital to ensuring we always look for ways to improve and continuously listen. We are very proud that our park has won ‘Friendliest Park of the Year’ for the second year running as voted for by our customers and out of 28 nearby parks.

We thoroughly enjoy our caravan on Golden Leas Holiday Park (Estruary View) because of the community aspect and everyone being so friendly.
It genuinely claims its award as the friendliest park and also has beautiful well maintained grounds, welcoming and helpful staff in the reception, club house and around the site.
Additionally it has the peaceful, relaxing and calm sea air surroundings but also the activities, entertainment and vibrant community club house of which is being improved for 2019.
Many other investments to continually improve and maintain are always being undertaken, and we could definitely recommend owning and belonging here as it takes you away from the busy world and into a relaxed one with birds singing and sheep and horses for neighbours as well.

2019 will be my fourth season at Golden Leas and I cannot wait. The park was taken over last year and a massive difference it has made. I love the fact the park is owners only and no rentals are allowed. There is new CCTV on site and a new shop and a complete club refurbishment to look forward to.
There is children’s entertainment and owners events and competitions which I always look forward to.
This site in my opinion is the best on the island with very competitive site fees.

I’m so happy in my caravan, it’s brought me happiness, friends and laughter. I have had my caravan on Golden Leas for 26 years, and I’ve been on the same plot with different caravans.
I like my plot, my children grew up on Golden Leas and now their children are doing the same.
The pool is great, the kids love it and my bigger kids too!
I’m usually down just me and my grandsons during week and I’m never alone. I’ve got lovely neighbours and the office is just a call away. I love the new owner and team. Jo the manager goes out of her way to assist me and I often pester her, nothing is too much trouble. The children are being so good now and lots of things to keep them busy going on. They have made a habitat for bugs or bugs hotel.
The entertainment is good in the club and looks great since the refurb. We also have good food on the park.

I have been an owner at Golden Leas caravan park for close to 18 years now, considering we only came here for a quite weekend as a one off when a friend of ours said we can use his caravan for the weekend.
Well what can I say we got up on the Saturday morning had a nice slow walk around the park and we were amazed at how friendly the park was, everyone that passed us said good morning and a couple of people even stopped and chatted to us. That was the start of our weekends away. The same weekend we looked around and started to ask if any were for sale (of course I was not going home until I had my own little hideaway in Bell Farm Lane) needless to say 18 years later we are on our 3rd caravan in the same spot as we love our neighbours all around us, it is such a family orientated place it’s a pleasure to be part of it.
We have made some wonderful lifetime friends on here and everyone looks out for each other. There are no rental caravans on this park, so we know who is who.
The park has been taken over by Lovat Parks and to be honest so far so good we have had CCTV cameras on the whole park and a brand-new clubhouse, we even have kids’ entertainment now with their own entertainer also loads going on during all school holidays. We have a kiddie’s pool with slide, and we have a bigger pool for all ages which has a lifeguard. We also have a swing park and a small cafe/restaurant called Jolanas, which wait for it delivers to your van.
What can I say, the park is the best that’s why we keep winning best park of the year. I for one have no intentions of moving off and for those who have they have soon come back including my daughter Joanne.
