Golden Leas (Main Park)
Golden Leas Holiday Park is a caravan park in Sheerness, Kent. Its 22 acres of parkland just outside the village of Minster are a wonderful location to own a holiday home. The park has a lively atmosphere with a busy social club and varied entertainment programme, 20m outdoor heated swimming pool with sunbathing area, an excellent children’s playground, launderette and shop. It is one of the most popular caravan parks in Kent.

You’ll find excellent beaches with neatly grassed areas at Minster Leas just 5 minutes away, the busy seaport town of Sheerness 5 minutes further, and the traditional seaside resort of Leysdown is only 15 minutes drive from the park.
Golden Leas has a super caravan owners Clubhouse with great entertainment programme, both sit down and takeaway meals available from our food servery, a heated outdoor swimming pool, a shop, excellent children’s playground and launderette.
Hollybush Farm Caravan Park is located in a prime position just outside the village of Minster and about a mile from Golden Leas. It is less than an hour’s drive from London and yet offers a truly peaceful existence in a lovely location with outstanding views over the Thames Estuary and open countryside.
All caravan bases are aligned to face the views and enjoy the sun. Spacing between caravan bases is very generous and many of our customers have had balconies installed where they can relax and watch the views and enjoy a glass of wine or two!
There are some excellent walks on public footpaths both along the coast and inland from Hollybush Farm.
For recreation, we have some five acres of open grassland which is perfect
for riding bikes, playing football or for a relaxing walk.
Estuary View Caravan Park is located just outside the village of Minster and next door to Golden Leas. It is less than an hour’s drive from London and yet it offers a truly peaceful existence in a lovely location with views over the Thames Estuary.
Exclusively for the over 50s and with its own separate entrance with electrically operated gates, Estuary View is a prestigious development of only 17 static caravan bases, each with its own dedicated car parking space. A ten month holiday occupancy license from 1st March to 2nd January each year is included as standard.
Estuary View is separate from Golden Leas but it is located right next door, so caravan owners at Estuary View can easily walk to Golden Leas and are entitled to use all our facilities including the clubhouse and swimming pools.
Pear Tree Farm (Residential)
Our only fully residential park is Pear Tree Farm. Like Estuary View, it is right next door to Golden Leas, with a separate entrance but the freedom to use all the site’s facilities.
Pear Tree Farm is very popular and we currently have full occupancy with no vacancies for new residents.
If you are interested in permanent occupancy, please let us know as we will be submitting an application to increase the site size in the near future.
